In order for ICT feedback to be effective in Physical Education (PE) it must be used in the correct context and at appropriate stages in student's learning otherwise it could potentially interfere with the stages of learning (Darden et al., 1999). It is also vital for the teacher to understand that role of ICT feedback changes depending on the students and the stage they are at in their learning (Darden et al., 1999). Below, Table 4, explains the various stages of motor skill learning for students and where it is appropriate to introduce ICT feedback:
